Manager Sales – Fragrance Division (B2B) -Lahore

Lahore, Pakistan

Captain & Company – a trusted name in the chemical raw material trading business for over 60 years – is expanding its Fragrance Division. With operations across UAE, Pakistan, and the Middle East, we proudly serve industries including Paints, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, Inks, Food Ingredients, and Fragrances.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Manager Sales – Fragrance Division (B2B) to spearhead growth in both industrial and fine fragrance segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the fragrance division.
  • Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to deliver tailored product solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations, close contracts, and achieve sales performance targets.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business development reports.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in fragrance, chemicals, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of fragrance applications (industrial & fine fragrance).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a growth mindset.
  • Leadership potential to build and manage a sales team.
