Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports to: General Manager / Owner

Role Overview

As the Sales Manager at Groverzmart, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You aren't just managing a team; you are cultivating a high-performance culture that understands the needs of local farmers, hobbyists, and growers. Your goal is to lead, mentor, and strategize to ensure Groverzmart remains the premier destination for agricultural supplies and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a knowledgeable sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key local accounts and high-volume commercial farmers.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure high-demand seasonal items are in stock and effectively displayed.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor local competitors, market trends, and seasonal shifts to adjust pricing and promotional tactics.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for the executive team, identifying areas for growth or operational improvement.

Required Qualifications & SkillsRequirementDescriptionExperience3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in agriculture, retail, or hardware.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Agricultural Science (preferred).CommunicationExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "talk shop" with local farmers.Tech SavvyProficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel.LeadershipProven track record of hitting targets and motivating a diverse team.

Pay: ₹15,051.47 - ₹39,096.08 per month
