Job Summary:

Calyx Supply Chain Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Manager – Sales & Marketing with strong experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and EXIM Supply Chain. The candidate will be responsible for business development, revenue generation, and market expansion across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Generate new business in Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Clearance (CHA), and Transportation.
  • Identify and approach exporters, importers, manufacturers, and corporate clients.
  • Build strong sales pipeline and convert leads into revenue.
  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets.

2. Market Expansion – Karnataka Region

  • Develop regional sales strategy for Karnataka.
  • Focus on industrial hubs such as Peenya, Bommasandra, Hosur Road, Whitefield, and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow key accounts.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution.

4. Pricing & Commercial Negotiation

  • Prepare quotations in coordination with pricing team.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Ensure healthy gross margins.

5. Collection & Reporting

  • Follow up for timely payment collections.
  • Maintain sales MIS, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasting.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Logistics preferred).
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / EXIM / Logistics Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Import & Export procedures.
  • Good network of clients in Karnataka region.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
