Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Woven Fabrics, based in Lahore District. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Key daily tasks include meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, delivering presentations, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales, business development, specifically in the textile or woven fabrics industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to create and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Leadership and team management skills to mentor and lead sales teams effectively.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in Lahore and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry-related events.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Textile related degree ; an MBA or equivalent experience is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in the textile industry or a deep understanding of woven fabric products is a strong plus.
