We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven professional to lead our Acetic Acid business. This role requires full ownership of sales growth, procurement coordination, inventory control, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate understands chemical markets, pricing dynamics, and industrial B2B sales cycles and can independently scale the business.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for Food Grade chemicals (industrial & food grade)
• Identify and onboard clients in:
• Textile processing
• Food & beverage
• Pharmaceuticals
• Chemical manufacturing
• Maintain strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume + margin)
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends

2. Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers (local/import) for competitive sourcing
• Track international price trends (China, Middle East markets)
• Manage order cycles, lead times, and shipment planning
• Ensure consistent product availability without overstocking

3. Inventory & Operations Management

• Oversee warehouse stock levels and batch tracking
• Minimize dead stock and leakage
• Implement SOPs for:
• Stock handling
• Dispatch planning
• Quality checks
• Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries

4. Pricing & Commercial Control

• Set selling prices based on landed cost + margin targets
• Maintain contribution margins per client/order
• Approve credit terms and manage receivables with finance team

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry preferred)
• 3–7+ years experience in chemical trading (MUST)
• Strong network in industrial / B2B chemical market
• Understanding of:
• Import processes
• Pricing structures
• Industrial client handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
