Job Title: Manager Sales – Solar | Renewable Energy
Location: Korangi , Karachi
Work Mode: Onsite
Schedule: Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5–8 years of Industrial and Commercial sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in commercial and residential solar segments
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present solar system solutions to potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
