Job Description:
Suzuki Rawal Rawalpindi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Sales to lead and manage the dealership’s sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff
  • Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of sales experience (automotive dealership preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Good understanding of the local market and customer dynamics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
