Manager Sales(Corporate)

About Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and commercially strong Manager Sales to grow our corporate sales portfolio. The incumbent should possess a sound technical and commercial background and be capable of handling product testing/installation, troubleshooting support and product approvals from Telecom and IT sector customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate sales strategies
  • Generate new business and manage key accounts
  • Build relationships with distributors, dealers, EPCs, and corporate customers
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
  • Negotiate commercial deals and prepare sales reports

Requirements:

  • B.E. Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of lithium batteries, and energy solutions
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge with experience in engineering sales
  • Hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and technical evaluation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
