About Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and commercially strong Manager Sales to grow our corporate sales portfolio. The incumbent should possess a sound technical and commercial background and be capable of handling product testing/installation, troubleshooting support and product approvals from Telecom and IT sector customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate sales strategies
- Generate new business and manage key accounts
- Build relationships with distributors, dealers, EPCs, and corporate customers
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
- Negotiate commercial deals and prepare sales reports
Requirements:
- B.E. Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of lithium batteries, and energy solutions
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge with experience in engineering sales
- Hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and technical evaluation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
