We are looking for experienced and result-driven Ad Sales professionals to drive revenue growth and strengthen advertiser relationships across our Women’s, Children’s, and General Interest verticals including Grihshobha, Champak, Sarita, Saras Salil, Manohar Kahaniyan, and Farm n Food.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive advertising revenue across print, digital, and event platforms.
• Build and manage strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand partners in the respective region.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the regional client base.
• Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to develop customized brand solutions and integrated campaigns.
• Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• 3 – 9 years of relevant experience in media ad sales.
• Strong understanding of advertising solutions, media planning, and regional markets.
• Established relationships with local advertisers and agencies will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
