Role Overview – The role is responsible for mobilising funds and leading the end-to-end design, execution, governance, and communication of CSR and development initiatives under Sankalp and CSFD. The incumbent will drive scalable, high-impact programmes aligned to Sankalp’s focus on child education, safety, empowerment, and community upliftment, and CSFD’s mission in agriculture and rural development. This position requires strategic leadership, strong partnerships, and accountability for outcomes.

Position : Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility
Experience : 7 – 9 yrs
Qualification: MSW or Master’s/bachelor’s in agriculture or related specialisation
Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

  • Fundraising & Donor Engagement – Mobilise funds through sustained relationships with corporates, foundations, philanthropic institutions, and donors. Build and manage a robust funding pipeline and oversee end-to-end donor engagement, reporting, and communication.
  • Programme & Proposal Development –Conceptualise programmes and develop high-quality CSR and development proposals aligned with partner requirements and statutory obligations.
  • Empanelment & Visibility – Ensure empanelment on relevant platforms, portals, and social-impact directories to enhance visibility, credibility, and access to funding opportunities.
  • Programme Design, Management & Execution – Design, plan, and execute projects in line with agreements, organisational priorities, and compliance requirements. Establish effective stakeholder engagement, partnership management, and community outreach frameworks.
  • Impact Measurement & Governance – Monitor, evaluate, and report programme outcomes with transparency. Conduct audits, reviews, and partner assessments to ensure quality, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Communication, Reporting & Advocacy – Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and updates for Management, Boards, Donors, and Funding Agencies. Drive internal and external communication through reports, case studies, newsletters, impact stories, social media, and media outreach. Promote employee volunteering and ensure strong documentation and impact storytelling.
  • Operations & Compliance – Manage programme logistics, documentation, statutory reporting, and compliance. Travel for programme implementation, partner reviews, audits, and beneficiary interactions.
  • Partnerships & Networking – Build strong relationships with corporates, NGOs, academic institutions, consultants, schools, communities, and implementation partners. Develop a network of volunteers and interns to support programme execution.

Candidate Profile

  • Education & Experience: MSW or Master’s/bachelor’s in agriculture or related specialisation, with 7–9 years’ experience in CSR leadership or development sector programme management.
  • Domain Passion: Strong commitment to social impact—child education, child safety, empowerment, community development, and rural/agricultural development.
  • Capabilities: Proven expertise in end-to-end CSR programme design, execution, governance, and team management.
  • Fundraising & Proposal Development: Demonstrated experience in mobilising funds and developing high-quality CSR and development proposals aligned with donor, partner, and statutory requirements.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Sound understanding of CSR laws, statutory requirements, documentation, and governance norms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage corporates, NGOs, academic partners, and communities.
  • Languages: Additionally Telugu and Hindi preferred (for community and stakeholder engagement).
  • Skills: Strong presentation, analytical, reporting, and documentation skills; collaborative mindset and networking strength.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for field visits, audits, and programme reviews.
