Manager - Software Development (Full Stack)

We are looking for a Manager - Software Development (Full Stack) to lead our development team and deliver scalable, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on coding experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide a team of engineers toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers.
• Oversee end-to-end development of web applications (frontend, backend, databases, cloud).
• Define best practices, coding standards, and ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Stay updated with new technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Explore and integrate modern development tools (e.g., Cursor AI coding assistant, Builder.io for visual development) to improve productivity and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, JS, Java, Python, .NET, PHP etc.).
• Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps tools (Git, Docker, CI/CD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
