Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading solar energy company in Pakistan, is looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Design Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in MW-scale solar projects.

Position: Solar Design Engineer

Qualification: B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in solar system design (Commercial/Industrial/MW level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop on-grid, hybrid, and MW-level solar PVsystems as per client and project requirements.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, including BOQs, quotations, and rate analysis.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and energy yield assessments.
• Perform system sizing, load calculations, and performance simulations using professional tools.
• Coordinate with procurement, installation, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with solar industry trends, new technologies, and NEPRA/IESCO/MEPCO regulations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar PV design principles and electrical system configurations.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, PVsyst, SketchUp, and Helioscope.
• Ability to prepare accurate MW project quotations and rate estimations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
