Manager / Sr. Manager (Internal Audit)

Experience: Atleast 05 to 07 years of Experience as a Manager in Textile company.

Qualification/Degree: Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field(MBA/ACCA preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal audit plans (pre & post).
• Audit financial reporting, procurement, inventory, and payroll processes.
• Conduct risk-based audits across production, HR, and finance.
• Perform inventory audits (physical vs system stock) and process validations.
• Evaluate and report on financial integrity, and compliance with IAS/IFRS.
• Participate in internal inquiries, investigations, and special audits.
• Identify risks, suggest process improvements, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
• Supervise, evaluate, and manage internal audit team performance.

Required Skills:

Internal financial reporting, financial statement auditing, audit management, internal audit transformation, audit reports management, audit assignment handling.
