CEO Office Support & Action Management

  • Attend meetings with the CEO, document discussions, and track action items through completion.

  • Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely progress updates and issue resolution.

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive briefs summarizing business performance and key issues.

  • Conduct initial analyses (financial, operational, or technical) to support CEO decision-making.

  • Lead special projects including due diligence, document review, and commercial assessments.

  • Anticipate CEO requirements by proactively gathering relevant data, insights, and reports.

  • Monitor company scorecard metrics and identify opportunities to meet or exceed business targets.

Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the CEO in meetings with government entities, VIP clients, investors, and consultants.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholder inquiries, ensuring alignment with the CEO s priorities.

  • Prepare briefing notes and follow-up reports for high-level stakeholder meetings.

Communication & Coordination

  • Ensure timely communication of CEO directives across departments.

  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Development teams to consolidate updates.

  • Maintain a secure and organized filing system for the CEO Office.

  • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
