Job Summary

Zarea Limited is looking for an experienced Manager Stock and Warehouse – Agri-Commodities to lead the inventory, stock management, and warehouse operations of agri-commodities such as rice, wheat, corn, and related products listed on our platform. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement, storage, warehouse optimization, and movement of stock to ensure smooth operations, quality control, and cost efficiency across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory levels of rice, wheat, corn, and other agri-commodities.
• Forecast demand and plan stock levels to ensure optimal availability.
• Oversee procurement, quality inspection, and warehouse management of incoming stock.
• Coordinate logistics, storage, and movement of stock to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor stock health (expiry, degradation, pest issues, etc.) and minimize wastage.
• Develop stock and warehouse management strategies based on trends and data insights.
• Prepare performance reports, including turnover, wastage, and stock valuation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, warehouse, and regulatory standards.

Prerequisites

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agri Business, Supply Chain Management, Food Sciences, or any relevant field.

Experience:

7–8 years of experience in stock, inventory, or warehouse management of agri-commodities. Experience in supply chain operations and warehouse optimization is highly preferred.

• Deep knowledge of agri-commodities and warehouse operations.
• Expertise in inventory planning tools and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
