Job description for Manager / Dy Manager (Stores)
1. Daily Operations & Store Maintenance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations (inspection, GRN and Issue note and return) of all stores,
ensuring all inventory incoming and outgoing movement are strictly documented in ERP.
- Ensure all the issuances are posted in relevant cost centre and project.
- Ensure physical stock and quantity in system are matched.
- Coordinate with finance department for consumption process.
- Coordinate with Purchase department for status of pending purchase requests.
- Coordinate with project manager for project budget status and pending issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels
- Reporting slow moving items.
- Report all remaining inventory balances after completion of project.
- Motivate and mentor the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master / bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting.
- Minimum 5 years experience preferably in construction field as a Store Manager, or a similar
managerial role.

- Strong leadership, delegation, and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of basic business management, financial metrics (like P&L), and
performance tracking.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
