The Impact You Will Have

As Manager of Strategic Partnership Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation, management, and ongoing optimization of Coupe Health’s distribution partnerships. You will work in partnership with the Director of Strategic Accounts & Partnerships and Manager of Client Operations Execution, you will be accountable for operational excellence—ensuring seamless execution, steady-state management, and continuous improvement of partner processes and product enhancements. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering effective partner onboarding, operational support, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive value and reliability across our distribution ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversees implementation and onboarding of health plans, TPAs, and national consulting partners

  • Manage ongoing operational relationships with distribution partners through steady-state operations

  • Serve as the primary operational escalation point for partner challenges and engagement optimization

  • Leads and develops a team focused on operational excellence and partner support

  • Sets clear operational goals and holds the team accountable for delivery

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity

  • Identifies and implements enhancements to partner processes and product offerings

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to execute operational improvements and product launches

  • Analyzes operational performance data and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives

  • Develop and deliver operational playbooks to help distribution partners onboard and adopt enhancements effectively

  • Ensures partners have operational tools, resources, and messaging to support engagement and execution

  • Leads partner enablement activities aligned to operational best practices

  • Supports operational execution of partner-led sales opportunities in alignment with Sales teams

  • Coordinates with Customer Service on partner-related operational support, inquiries, and escalations

  • Monitors service levels and satisfaction metrics to proactively address operational issues and improve partner experience

  • Develop scalable operational processes and standards for partner onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking

  • Accountable for KPI reporting on partnership health, operational efficiency, and business impact

  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements

Required skills and experience

  • 5+ years of related professional experience, with 1 year of management experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.

  • Experience in operational management, strategic account management or channel management within the health plan or employee benefits space

  • Deep understanding of the health plan ecosystem, including TPAs and national brokers or consultants

  • Experience with partner enablement, including operational training, sales support, and customer service coordination

  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capability

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations

  • Experience with negotiations and contracting

  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills and experience

  • Experience in the alternative health plan space

  • CRM experience, preferably SalesForce

  • Experience designing and delivering operational training programs for partner onboarding

  • Experience creating external-facing operational reports and dashboards

Role Designation

Teleworker

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite. Onsite is full-time onsite.

Compensation and Benefits

$117,800.00 - $159,000.00 - $200,200.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
