Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive growth for ZEE5’s B2B business. This role will manage relationships with ISPs and B2B partners (including E-commerce and BFSI) and lead new business development (NBD) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow partnerships with ISP and B2B partners to maximise ZEE5’s share of wallet.
  • Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, including contract finalisation and technical integration.
  • Drive joint marketing and engagement plans with partners to boost subscriber and revenue growth.
  • Identify and close new partnership opportunities across relevant B2B verticals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
  • Track performance KPIs, prepare regular reports, and ensure revenue targets are met/exceeded.

Job Requirement

Requirements:
  • 4-8 years- Linear Sales/ Digital Ad sales/B2C
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of product integration and digital marketing engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented mindset.
