Manager Sublimation Designing

We are seeking an experienced Sublimation Designing Manager to lead our design team for sportswear, activewear, and team uniforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the sublimation design department.
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sales teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Review and approve final file before production.
• Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and design consistency.
• Train and mentor junior designers.
• Maintain design and customer artwork records.
• Monitor workload distribution and departmental productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sublimation designing, preferably in sportswear manufacturing.
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator,CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of sublimation printing processes and color management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hour
