Manager – Sweets & Bakery

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Sweets & Bakery to lead operations, sales growth, product quality, and team management for our expanding retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Sweets & Bakery operations
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and hygiene standards
• Develop sales growth strategies and promotional plans
• Handle production planning, inventory, and wastage control
• Lead and train bakery and sales teams
• Coordinate with procurement and store operations
• Monitor customer satisfaction and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sweets & Bakery operations
• Strong knowledge of production, retail sales, and food safety standards
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Experience in retail or supermarket industry preferred
• Ability to manage multiple branches/operations will be an advantage

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
