What You’ll Do

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience, building organizational capability and strengthening our culture. You will lead strategic programs across engagement, learning, performance management, and talent development, a aligned with our mission and values.

Your work will directly shape how people grow, perform, and feel connected to CCL, helping build an agile, future-ready, and performance-driven organization.


You Are Good At

  • Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives that enhance culture, motivation, and retention.
  • Leading engagement surveys, deriving insights, and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Overseeing companywide engagement activities, wellness programs, and cultural interventions, and recognition initiatives.
  • Driving implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and tracking progress.
  • Designing and implementing Talent Management Frameworks (TMF) to strengthen talent pipeline.
  • Overseeing training needs analysis and building functional learning calendars.
  • Leading the execution of learning and development programs to strengthen capability across levels.
  • Managing the full performance management cycle, from goal setting to calibration.
  • Aligning OD interventions with organizational goals and transformation priorities.
  • Fostering a work environment anchored in accountability, transparency and growth.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning and Engagement.
  • Ability to translate people strategies into measurable impact and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics, and culture and performance diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for people development and a mindset driven by purpose and ownership.


Who You’ll Work With

This role reports to the General Manager Talent & OD. You will work closely with cross-functional business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional heads to align people strategies with business priorities. You will collaborate with managers across departments to strengthen performance, capability, and engagement, while partnering with the wider HR team to drive talent, learning, and culture initiatives across the organization.
