Manager - Tendering (Building )

A "Tendering Manager (Building) " is a senior professional responsible for overseeing the tender process for Building Construction, Sewerage and other construction projects involving tasks like sourcing tenders, analyzing requirements, preparing bids, coordinating submissions, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sourcing Opportunities: Searching and identifying relevant building tenders from government and private portals.

· Bid Preparation: Compiling comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, commercial bids, and legal requirements.

· Coordination: Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal departments (like estimation, procurement) to gather necessary information and address queries.

· Technical & Commercial Evaluation: Analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), making rate analyses, and evaluating bids both technically and commercially.

· Contract Management: Understanding contract terms and managing them throughout the tendering and execution phases.

· Compliance: Ensuring all submissions and processes adhere to relevant regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualification :- B.Tech./ B.E. Degree in Civil or Construction Management or M. Tech./M.E. Degree in Civil Or Construction Management

· Experience: Relevant experience in tender management, construction, bidding, and bid evaluation.

· Technical Skills: Knowledge of building project cycles, rate analysis, and tender documentation.

· Soft Skills: Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

· Familiarity with Portals: Proficiency in using government e-tendering portals like GeM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
