Manager Trainee

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs to develop staff capabilities.
• Support inventory management processes, including stock control and merchandising.
• Oversee cash handling procedures.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance store performance.
• Maintain knowledge of retail math to assist with pricing strategies and sales management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities with prior supervising or assistant manager experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively (time management).
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Experience in retail sales or Pawnshop operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and merchandising techniques.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can enhance customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in administrative tasks such as payroll and budgeting.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
