Position: Manager Trainee

Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods to find old original windows, doors, and damage roofing
- Schedule FREE estimate appointments for windows doors, bathroom and roofing
- Work outdoors and engage directly with homeowners
- Learn how to recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers
Qualifications:

Compensation:
- Salary, Commission & Bonus (Earn $50,000 to $125,000 per year)
- 5-day work schedule (No Weekends!)
