Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in agrochemical industry trainings/sales.
  • Strong knowledge of agrochemical products, crop protection, and modern farming practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, selling and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and drive sales effectiveness through training.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Agriculture

Job Description:

Manager Training is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Develop sales training modules to enhance selling techniques and boost performance.
  • Motivate and engage sales teams to strengthen morale and productivity.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training sessions and provide continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs on agro-chemical products, usage, and technical knowledge.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams across regions to improve product understanding.
  • Stay updated with latest market trends, competitors, and technical advancements in agrochemicals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
