- 5-7 years of relevant experience in agrochemical industry trainings/sales.
- Strong knowledge of agrochemical products, crop protection, and modern farming practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, selling and people management skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and drive sales effectiveness through training.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Agriculture
Job Description:
Manager Training is responsible for but not limited to:
- Develop sales training modules to enhance selling techniques and boost performance.
- Motivate and engage sales teams to strengthen morale and productivity.
- Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training sessions and provide continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs on agro-chemical products, usage, and technical knowledge.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams across regions to improve product understanding.
- Stay updated with latest market trends, competitors, and technical advancements in agrochemicals.
