Manager - Transaction Services

The Company

Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint a Transaction Services Manager to its Dubai, UAE Office.

The Role

• Executing a number of key projects as a key member of the team
• Project Management across the transactions and advisory workstreams and departments
• Engagement Management
• Experience across pre-deal, post-deal and restructuring engagements
• Contribute to business development initiatives and coach and mentor your team

The Candidate

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT. An MBA would be preferable
• Significant M&A Management consulting and Corporate Finance experience
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• At least 5 years of relevant experience and currently at Manager level in a global accountancy firm
• Strong coaching skills
