Manager Travels (S)

· Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance profitability and achieve sales targets.

· Lead and manage staff and sales teams to ensure effective operations and performance.

· Design, market, and manage tourism and travel packages in coordination with service partners.

· Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for Bahria Travels.

· Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (PCAA, IATA, TAAP) and Bahria Foundation policies.

· Review sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and ensure timely payments and recoveries.

· Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and vendors to offer competitive travel solutions.

Qualification:

MBA/ BBA (Marketing/ Masters in Applied Science. Master’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Aviation Customer Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent (HEC-recognized)

Experience:

· 3-5 Years (Minimum 02 years in leadership role)

Skills:

· Strategic planning and execution skills with a strong focus on achieving sales and revenue targets. Sound knowledge of tourism operations with the ability to manage day-to-day business activities effectively.

· Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to PCAA, IATA, and tourism authorities.

· Excellent customer relationship management skills to handle client enquiries, complaints, and service delivery.

· Effective leadership and team management capabilities to motivate staff and drive performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
