Manager - Vendor Development

Job Title: Vendor Development & Coordination Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor identification, development & end-to-end management
  • Handle fabrication, machining, electrical panels & bought-out items vendors
  • Conduct vendor audits & monitor QCD
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms & delivery schedules
  • Ensure timely procurement of raw materials & outsourced components
  • Coordinate with Design, Purchase & Project teams
  • Plan & manage daily production activities as per project schedule
  • Monitor order status & ensure on-time delivery
  • Resolve vendor & quality-related issues
  • Manage inventory, store activities & documentation as per ISO standards

Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Automation / Special Purpose Machine (SPM) industry
  • Strong experience in vendor development & production coordination
  • Knowledge of fabrication, machining, electrical panels & bought-out components

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Vendor evaluation & cost control skills
  • Problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
