Mode of Employment : Full time / Permanent - Direct role with the Client.

Mode of Work : Work From Office (WFO) | MON – SAT (2 - Saturdays will be a Holiday)

Work Location : Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore.

Role - Requirement :

• A strong 8 - 12 + years of working experience in in Sales & Marketing (products / services), preferably in cab aggregator / facilitating, e-commerce, BPO, or hospitality industries.
• To develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, cab drivers, and business partners across Coimbatore.
• To collaborate effectively with the Call Center & Dispatcher Teams, Customer Support, Vendor Support, and Yard Team to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
• Lead on-boarding, evaluation, monitoring, and retention activities for vendor partners.
• To implement effective feedback mechanisms to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• to participate in formulating workflow processes, methods, and policies for vendor selection
• To ensure vendor compliance with company standards, statutory requirements, and vehicle documentation (RC, FC, permits, insurance, etc.). Maintain updated records with zero lapses.
• To handle & oversee Operational process, Business Development, Market Expansion and Performance Management activities.
• Good communication proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
• Experience in leading 10 + operational team members and transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and to exercise professional Judgement to make swift decisions.
• Should possess good personal values such as integrity, honesty, and good ethics with strong organizational, Interpersonal and analytical skills.
