Job Summary

Enaara Facilitation Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is building a Talent Pool for the position of Manager VTS to support upcoming organizational hiring requirements.

Please Note: This is a Talent Pool Opportunity. Applications received will be retained for approximately 3–4 months. Suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted as hiring requirements arise during this period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of passenger and freight elevators, escalators, and related vertical transportation systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Oversee the maintenance and performance of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), power distribution networks, generators, transformers, motors, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire safety procedures, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Lead and supervise technical and maintenance teams while coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Material Issuing Requests (MIRs), maintenance records, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Ensure projects and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in elevator/vertical transportation systems, electrical maintenance, and facility management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems, BMS, power distribution, generators, transformers, motors, and VFDs.
• Sound understanding of HSE regulations, preventive maintenance strategies, and workplace safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and technical projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and maintenance reports.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs134,000.00 per month
