Manager - Western Merchandising

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Management, Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:- 5–8 years of relevant experience in western wear merchandising.

Job Description:-

• Manage end-to-end merchandising operations for western wear categories.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding product development and order execution.
• Analyze fashion trends, customer requirements, and market demands for western apparel.
• Develop product assortments, fabric selections, trims, and styling coordination.
• Ensure timely sourcing, sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.
• Monitor order status, production timelines, and shipment schedules.
• Handle costing, pricing negotiations, and margin management.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain departments.
• Ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met throughout the process.
• Resolve merchandising, production, and vendor-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare merchandising reports, order updates, and performance analysis for management.
• Develop strong relationships with buyers and vendors to support business growth.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
