What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a growing litigation team handling business disputes, partnership fallouts, breach of contract cases, fraud, defamation, and employment-related matters.
• Provide tactical guidance on pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Mentor attorneys, oversee workflows, and uphold quality control across all cases.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the firm’s principal on litigation, case resourcing, and trial readiness.

What We Offer

• $185K–$225K base salary, depending on experience
• Structured performance incentives based on personal hours another based on team hours, providing opportunity to push total comp over $300K
• Direct input into hiring, team development, and firm strategy

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years of civil or business litigation experience in California courts
• Proven trial readiness and courtroom confidence
• Prior experience managing or mentoring legal staff
• Ability to lead with strategy, integrity, and accountability
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
