Location:
Dallas, TX - In-Office Role
Compensation:
$140,000 to $180,000 base, depending on experience, trial success, and leadership record.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee litigation teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Ensure efficient collaboration and timely completion of tasks across your team.

Review and ensure all pleadings, motions, and legal documents meet firm quality and compliance standards.

Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve staff concerns and maintain a cohesive work environment.

Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals.

Conduct legal research, prepare motions, memoranda, and briefs, and advise on complex litigation matters.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.

Attend and actively participate in settlement negotiations.

Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 15 years of personal injury litigation experience (20+ preferred).

Board Certified in Personal Injury Law with 10+ jury trials to verdict.

Proven leadership and mentoring experience with attorneys and paralegals.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
