BeachClubs.ae is growing fast, and we are now looking for a Managing Director (MD) to help scale the platform to the next level. This is a senior, entrepreneurial role for someone who understands hospitality in the UAE, thrives in business development, and wants to build a leading consumer platform from the ground up.


About BeachClubs.ae


BeachClubs.ae is the go-to platform to find (and book) beach club experiences across the United Arab Emirates. The website aggregates all beach clubs in the country and allows users to compare venues, book experiences, and buy event tickets. Launched in Summer 2025, the platform has quickly established itself on search engines and in AI search as a reliable and comprehensive reference.

Our vision is to make BeachClubs.ae the top-of-mind destination for anyone looking to book a beach club experience in the UAE. We aim to achieve this through superior technology, strong relationships with beach club operators, exclusive demand-side partnerships, and the continued growth of the BeachClubs.ae brand.


About the Role


As a Managing Director, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations in the UAE and be responsible for the commercial growth of the business. You will work closely with the founder and the small core team, while taking the lead in building relationships, expanding partnerships, and increasing platform adoption. 

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, motivated, and comfortable working in an unstructured and fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage all UAE operations, including building local processes and hiring and managing team members as the business scales
  • Own full P&L responsibility and accountability for commercial performanceall 
  • Drive commercial growth through marketing, sales, business development, and execution of supply-side and demand-side partnership strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with beach club venues, hospitality partners, and represent the brand across the UAE ecosystem
  • Oversee operator onboarding, account management, and ensure a high-quality content and partner experience on the platform
  • Work closely with the founder and investors on strategy, reporting, and long-term vision


Requirements


  • Strong understanding of hospitality and F&B operations in the UAE, ideally with direct experience working with beach clubs; resident in the UAE and well connected in the local hospitality ecosystem
  • Proven track record in marketing, sales, or business development; prior experience founding, building, or scaling a tech or hospitality company is an advantage
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, founder-led environment with limited structure and a high degree of autonomy
  • Willing to be hands-on initially, including venue visits, partner meetings, and on-the-ground execution
  • Natural communicator with an extroverted personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • High intrinsic motivation, goal oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to operate in an unstructured environment
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, solution driven, proactive, and a meritocratic team player
  • Valid UAE driving licence and ideally access to a car
  • Arabic language skills are a plus, but not required
