About Us

Grans Group is a well-established name in the UAE with 20 years of expertise in construction, electromechanical works, and technical services.

We are now launching a dedicated Interiors Division focused on luxury residential, commercial, HoReCa, and joinery-integrated design & build solutions.

We are seeking a high-calibre Managing Director to set up, lead, and scale this new division from the ground up.

Role Summary

As the Managing Director – Interiors, you will oversee the end-to-end establishment, strategic direction, and operational management of the Interiors Division. This includes business setup, team structuring, P&L ownership, project delivery excellence, client management, and expansion strategy.

The ideal candidate must be deeply experienced in all aspects of interior design and fit-out, with a strong network in Dubai and proven success building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Interiors Division from concept to full operational capability.
• Develop business strategy, processes, SOPs, financial controls, and overall company structure.
• Oversee design, estimation, procurement, project delivery, quality control, and joinery integration.
• Build and manage multidisciplinary interior teams (designers, PMs, QS, procurement, site team).
• Lead business development, client relations, pitching, and closing high-value projects.
• Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, authorities, and industry standards.
• Drive expansion of HoReCa, residential, commercial, and luxury segments.
• Coordinate closely with the Group’s construction, MEP, and technical divisions.
• Represent the Interiors Division as the key decision-maker and brand ambassador.

Requirements

• Minimum 12–15+ years of proven experience in interior design & fit-out in the UAE.
• Strong ability to set up and scale a division or company from scratch.
• Expertise across design, build, procurement, estimation, materials, authorities, and project delivery.
• Strong network with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and Dubai authorities.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and multi-million-dirham projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and operations management abilities.
