What is the job?

Looking for a talented Managing Director for our Microsoft ERP Practice - Middle East. As a managing director, you will assume the responsibility of the chief executive officer or CEO of our Middle East Business. You will be legally responsible for the welfare of the company and its employees.

You will have greater level of control and authority over the successful execution of these growth plans. As part of these plans, you will build a talented and competent team for different departments such as Consulting, Support, Marketing & Accounting.

Equity Compensation (Part Ownership)

The right candidate will be offered part ownership of Credexo's Middle East business based on your attainment and based on the performance achieved by your high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people.
• Manage the operations and finances of the business.
• Provide a combination of mentoring, solution architecting, business pursuit, operations, and delivery management.
• Plan for lateral resource intake and grooming internal talent based on the business pipeline.
• Build high-performance teams and mentor resources in the practice both in terms of subject knowledge as well as career choices.
• Lead the pursuit process for business in new accounts as well as existing accounts where you will do proposals, presales presentations, etc.
• Work closely with the pre-sales and sales team, right from the RFP/RFI and RFQ process and showcase the capabilities of the delivery organization in Microsoft Dynamics ERP Solutions.
• Perform regular delivery reviews and oversight of engagements that have business processes as critical components.
• Continuously evaluate the market opportunities in the realm of Dynamics 365 and enhance the service offerings to address the market needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise during the pursuit process and during project execution.
• Provide thought leadership emanating in the form of discussion papers and white papers to create best-in-class practices and tools for all client engagement.
• Drive the development of employees.
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained.

Requirements

Qualifications

• At least 10-15 years providing ERP solutions to Manufacturing, Distribution, Field Services, or Retail businesses.
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Comfort managing P&L.
• Good understanding of the latest industry trends in Enterprise Applications related business processes and practices.
• Demonstrable traits of thought leadership during client engagements.
• Domain experience of managing the Finance function / Manufacturing / Supply Chain function of a large organization would be an added advantage.
• Experienced in working in a global delivery model.
• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication, organization, project management, interaction, and goal-setting skills.
