Red Nucleus is seeking a motivated individual to join their Advisory practice and be a part of a team of consultants committed to delivering quality results to their clients and their businesses.
Managing Consultants / Associate Partners / Partners will work with the Scientific Services and Advisory (SS&A) Leadership and other team members to help organizations solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. Managing Consultants / Associate Partners /Partners will help drive growth for SS&A while leading strategic client delivery engagements.
Responsibilities:
The Managing Consultants / Associate Partners / Partners will serve as experts in delivery and ensure account growth. They will lead or support others in leading business development to drive strategic growth for SS&A with a key focus in Advisory. The role will require the Managing Consultants / Associate Partners / Partners to represent Red Nucleus in addressing the client’s needs. Types of Advisory projects could include (but are not limited to):
- Budget and SOW management
- Project planning and management (PMO)
- Business requirements (research, interviews, workshops)
- Training (development and deployment of varying formats such as e-learning and instructor-led)
- Strategic plan and roadmap development
- Solution design and implementation
- User requirements specifications
- Systems validation and implementations
Internal responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, budget and SOW management, contribution to marketing and business development, thought leadership, strategic leadership of internal and client-facing project teams, and other initiatives that help drive the success of the SS&A business unit or Red Nucleus as a whole.
General Qualification and Skills
Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications.
General:
- Solid understanding of drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities
- At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to multi-task with superior organization skills
- Ability to lead and take accountability for driving timelines and project deliverables
- Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with global and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Working in a Global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
Operations – Management:
- Supervise division or subdivision of staff
- Lead others in problem solving and addressing engagement challenges
- Take accountability for team performance
- Take accountability for quality of work for team, in multiple accounts
- Oversee and manage a team with high-yield deliverables
- Ensure right first time across the board, internal and client deliverables for self and team
- Take accountability for overseeing other consultants’ deliverables (right the first time)
- Proactively support the business and staff in meeting objectives
- Contribute to a foundational presence in the industry as a trusted partner and leader
- Think “outside the box” as it pertains to deliverables – internal and client related
- Seen as an industry leader for a region or division
- Establish novel approaches to delivery and deliverables
- Leverage strategies across all of RN as a whole
- Own a division and lead its growth to the next level
- Contribute to impactful strategies and significant growth for RN as a whole
- Make significant impact to RN and client
- Proactively support the partners in meeting the company’s overall objectives (financial, operational and execution)
- Work collaboratively with the Partners to proactively drive all aspects of the company’s objectives
- Proactively lead organization and contribute to growth and brand recognition
- Take accountability for growing division
- Contribute to the strategic growth of SS&A that advance the company as a whole
- Ability to see and leverage capabilities across divisions and regions
- Contribute to the short-term and long-term vision of RN
Business Development:
- Drive new business opportunities
- Ability to identify business opportunities in key accounts
- Meet assigned sales target
- Ability to manage growth in multiple key accounts
- Ability to make introductions to new accounts for RN
Other:
- The level of this position will be considered per applicant experience
- Up to 50% travel may be required
