Responsibilities

• Lead the editorial team by setting clear goals, deadlines, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Oversee all stages of content creation, including research, writing, editing, proofreading, and fact-checking to uphold accuracy and clarity.
• Develop and enforce editorial guidelines based on style manuals such as the AP Stylebook and the Chicago Manual of Style to maintain consistency across all publications.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to produce engaging articles, reports, proposals, and creative writing pieces that meet audience needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality and detail.
• Conduct regular reviews of content for grammatical correctness, style adherence, factual accuracy, and overall coherence.
• Stay informed about industry trends in journalism, technical writing, and copywriting to continuously enhance content strategies.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and skill development in areas like research, copy editing, and word processing.
