Managing/Associate Dentist

We are a busy, family-oriented dental practice seeking a motivated and skilled Managing/Associate Dentist to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, enjoys working with a supportive clinical team, and is confident in both leadership and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Oversee and support clinical operations to ensure efficient daily workflow
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high patient satisfaction and office productivity
• Mentor and guide team members as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills in restorative and preventive dentistry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
