• Immediate Start: Begin working while you complete your initial 30-hour training (reimbursed by us).

• Professional Mentorship: Learn from our Lead Supervisors, Anny and Yan, as you build your career in Early Childhood Education.

We are seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Lead Teacher to bring our beautifully designed nature-based curriculum to life.

This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, but does not want to build curriculum from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Follow our 12-month curriculum roadmap (themes, goals, and activities provided)
• Lead daily flow: circle time, outdoor exploration, projects, meals, and rest
• Maintain 100% Mandarin immersion during instructional time
• Guide children through emotions, conflict, and social growth
• Spend significant time outdoors in all seasons

Who You Are

• Confident managing a classroom of 3–5 year-olds
• Comfortable with structure, routines, and written curriculum
• Warm, grounded, and calm under pressure
• Familiar with Montessori, Waldorf, or nature-based education

Requirements

• Open to obtaining WA State DCYF Lead Teacher qualification (ECE Initial Cert) within 5 years of hiring.
• Native-level Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing)
• 2+ years leading a preschool classroom and potentially supervisor experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$35/hr (DOE)
• Overtime at 1.5×
