Mandarin-Speaking Preschool Teacher/Lead Teacher

We are seeking passionate and experienced native Mandarin-speaking early childhood professionals to join our Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teaching teams to develop monthly curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom newsletters
• Observe and document student development through daily notes and photos
• Lead and support circle time and classroom activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Assist with toileting, diaper changes, handwashing, and hygiene routines
• Support children during snack and mealtime, including preparation and clean-up
• Build strong relationships with students and their families
• Maintain and pursue EEC certification and professional development
• Promote a warm, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment

Qualifications:

• Native Mandarin speaker
• Degree and/or relevant background in early childhood education
• EEC certification or working toward certification
