Job Summary
Standard Oshaiger Logistic Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Mandoub to handle government-related transactions and documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing official applications, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring compliance with Qatar regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process company and employee documents with government authorities (MOI, Ministry of Labour, Immigration, etc.).
- Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and QID procedures.
- Submit and collect official documents and approvals.
- Track document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Assist employees with medical, fingerprint, and residency procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Mandoub/PRO assistant in Qatar.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (required).
- Knowledge of Qatar government procedures and online portals.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
