Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Management Trainee Officer. The Management Trainee Officer will be responsible for learning and executing various tasks in department operations, assisting senior management, conducting market research, and preparing strategic reports. The role will involve active participation in meetings, training sessions, and hands-on project work to develop a well-rounded understanding of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills for conducting market analysis and preparing reports
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients
• Basic knowledge of commodity trading, financial markets, and portfolio management
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Prior internship or job experience in a related field is an advantage
