Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and nail art.
• Perform advanced nail treatments such as gel nails, acrylics, and nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety.
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail care options based on individual needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services like hand or foot massages, paraffin treatments, or retail nail products to enhance client experience.
• Stay current with the latest trends in color theory, nail art techniques, and industry innovations to provide fresh ideas for clients.
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied during every appointment.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology.
• Proven experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail techniques such as acrylics or gel applications.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures to prevent infections and ensure client well-being.
• Familiarity with color theory, nail art design, and current beauty trends.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to client needs.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair styling is a plus but not required.
