Duties

• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, nail art, and the application of gel or acrylic nails.
• Assist clients with color theory consultations to recommend suitable shades for makeup or nail polish that complement their skin tone and styles.
• Educate clients on nailcare routines, product benefits, and retail options to promote ongoing beauty maintenance.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workspaces after each service.
• Upsell retail products and additional services confidently while ensuring excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; experience in nail care is essential.
• Proficiency in advanced manicurist techniques such as performing services including acrylic and gel products, pedicures and massaging.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals.
• Demonstrated commitment to sanitation protocols and safety standards in all procedures.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize client engagement and revenue.
