Manicurist and Nail Technician

Beauty & Co is a modern appointment based nail salon in West Philly focused on quality gel services with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. We focus on providing clients a relaxing, inclusive environment where they can feel safe and seen, and look forward to every visit.

Role

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including shaping, polishing, cuticle care, and nail enhancements.
• Provide services such as structured gel, builder gel, Gel-X, gel manicures, gel pedicures, and hand and foot care.
• Follow sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working in a salon or spa environment
• A current Pennsylvania Cosmetology, Esthetician, or Manicurist license
• Strong experience in at least one of the following: Builder gel, Apres Gel-X, Structured gel manicure, Gel Manicure/Gel Pedicure, E-file, Hard gel, or Soft gel
• Comfort with hand and foot massage
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to build client relationships
• Desire to improve and learn new skills
• Nail art skill preferred, but if your service skill is strong, that matters most
