Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including shaping, polishing, cuticle care, and nail enhancements.
• Create innovative nail art designs using color theory principles to match client preferences and current trends.
• Apply and maintain nail enhancements such as gels, acrylics, or dip powders with precision and attention to sanitation standards.
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines, product use, and aftercare to promote healthy nails.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Upsell retail products such as nail polish and designs to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care services.
• Proven experience in manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail techniques like acrylic application.
• Strong knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail designs.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing client needs.
