Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
• Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions, gel polish application, and intricate designs based on client preferences.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments, colors, and styles that enhance individual beauty.
• Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail care, color theory, and beauty techniques through ongoing education.
• Foster excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver an exceptional experience that encourages repeat business.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care required.
• Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment.
• Familiarity with advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, and body waxing is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction.
