Duties

• Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
• Provide expert advice on nail health, color choices, and trending styles to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering when qualified
• Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty to boost sales and meet client needs
• Build strong relationships through excellent customer service and effective communication skills
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends in color theory, nail techniques, and beauty innovations

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care techniques
• Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician with a portfolio of work preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in a salon environment
• Familiarity with advanced services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair styling, hair extensions, and barbering is a plus
• Strong communication skills to understand client preferences and provide personalized recommendations
• Ability to perform detailed work with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Retail math skills for upselling products effectively

Commision Pay

• Starting commision 60%
• Earn up to 70% commision based on experience, quality, professionalism, customer service, and team participation
