Duties

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments using proper techniques and sanitation standards
• Provide additional nail services such as gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and nail extensions to meet client preferences
• Offer complementary beauty services including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments when qualified
• Educate clients on nail care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their beauty regimen
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations and salon standards
• Upsell additional services or retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art, and skincare innovations to provide fresh ideas and techniques

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care services
• Proven experience in manicures, pedicures, and related beauty treatments
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards for personal care services
• Strong communication skills to engage clients effectively and understand their needs
• Ability to perform detailed work with precision while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math for product recommendations
• Basic understanding of hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, dermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic procedures is a plus but not required
